Homemade Natural Painkiller |

Ingredients:
20 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil;
5 drops of rosemary essential oil;
Himalayan salt 10 tablespoons (or Epsom salt).
Instructions:
Mix the three ingredients together in a glass jar. Seal it and leave it for 48 hours. As needed, apply to the affected area when you wake up in the morning. Apply it if you have a headache.
You can massage the oil for a few minutes, then let it sit for 20 minutes. Then, wipe off the remaining oil with a damp cloth. Use 10 days to see improvement.
