The popularity and use of NSA IDs is growing every year. You may not be familiar with the term but it refers to non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs and some people include it in their daily medication list. We take this medicine when we have pain and suffering and it is easy to get almost instant relief.
So what is the alternative? We may have pain that we can't get rid of and we often have to take medication. But industrial drugs can do more damage to our internal organs, so what should a person do?
Here’s how to make one of nature’s best anti-inflammatory recipes.
Ingredients:
200 ml of water (1 cup);
300 ml of olive oil (20 tablespoons);
150 ml of sea salt (10 tablespoons).
Instructions:
Add 300 ml of olive oil and 150 ml of sea salt to the water and start stirring. Stir the ingredients until the salt is well mixed and then for a few minutes, massage the oil into the swollen area. Initially a few minutes will suffice, but you can gradually increase the time you apply the mixture. You massage for at least 15 minutes every day for a week.
If you find that you have a slight reaction to the mixture, don’t worry. You can always prepare the area before you begin the massage with a warm, damp towel. Then use some baby powder to cool the skin.
